A returning guest, and the booking paid at the door
A returning guest is one the house has looked after before; his same-day hour or two at a city address is paid in full on arrival, with no deposit.
Visitors who stay several days often book more than once, after the museum day and again after the cycling day. From the second booking onwards they count as returning guests, and one kind of booking becomes simpler.
A booking with nothing sent in advance
A returning guest asking for one or two hours, later the same day, at an address inside the city, pays the whole fee when she arrives. There is no deposit and nothing to send in advance.
When a deposit still applies
Change any of those conditions and half goes ahead again: a booking for another day, one arranged more than twenty-four hours ahead, a session of three hours or more, two therapists, an overnight, a room at Schiphol or an airport hotel, or a peak date.
Cancelling without a deposit
Because nothing was paid ahead, cancelling before she sets out costs nothing. Cancelling after she has set out costs the share of the fee her journey represents, and nothing more. The cancellation page sets out the rule in full.
Naming the same therapist a second time
A returning guest can name the same therapist again or choose someone new from the roster. Either way the reply says who is free at the hour you asked for.
