The booking thread is the written exchange where the hour, length, figure and deposit are agreed, and the only place payment details ever appear.
Everything about a booking is arranged in writing, in a single thread of messages. Nothing is agreed by phone call, and nothing is held until the reply has named who is free, the figure and the arrival window, and you have accepted all three.
What goes in your first message
- The address where you are staying, with floor and room or flat number.
- The time you would like her to arrive.
- The length of the session.
- A therapist's name from the roster, or a note that you are open to whoever is free at that hour.
A line about the day is welcome too: the walking, the cycling, the museum hours. It helps her plan without committing her to anything.
What the reply contains
Who is free, the figure for the length you asked for, and the arrival window. If a deposit applies, the exact amount and where to pay it are given in the thread, and nowhere else. If the therapist you named is not free, the reply says so and tells you who is; the choice stays with you.
Keeping it open
Leave the thread open on your phone after confirming. It is where she lets you know she is on her way and where you write if the day runs late. The booking page describes the full sequence.
