Harper lives in De Pijp, above a street that fills with market traffic every weekday morning. She has seen plenty of visitors come back from a day of shopping with more bags than energy, and she likes the booking that follows. Soapy and body to body are her usual formats, chosen by what the bathroom allows. English is her one working language, and she speaks it slowly and clearly for a guest whose own English is careful. At twenty-seven she has a teasing sense of humour and firm, clearly stated limits.
