Twenty-one or over, whoever knocks and whoever answers
Twenty-one or over is the age rule for everyone in the room: the guest who books, anyone with him, and every therapist on the roster, without exception.
The house works only with adults aged twenty-one or over. That applies to the guest who makes the booking, to anyone else who will be present, such as a partner on a couples booking, and to every therapist whose profile appears on the roster.
At the door
At the door she may ask for a photo document before coming in. It is looked at, handed straight back, and nothing is copied, photographed or written down. For a visitor this means one practical thing: keep a passport or identity card in the room rather than in the hotel safe at the bottom of a suitcase. If the question of who is present cannot be settled, she leaves before the session begins.
Why twenty-one
It is a line the house has chosen and applies without exception. The full wording is on the age statement, and nothing in a booking thread can change it.
Couples
On a booking for two, both guests need to be twenty-one or over and both need to have agreed to the booking. A couples booking is arranged on that basis from the first message.
